Understanding the Universe of Pets

By observing the behavior of the animals, it is possible to recognize differences in the characteristics of each pet. Just like humans, pets also have their own way of communicating and acting. Both genetic and environmental factors build the animal's temperament and are so influenced by the place where it lives. It's a set of things that will shape his personality.

How to know a dog's temperament?

With dogs, it is common for some to be more active and hyperactive like to play and explore the environment. There are also the most apathetic, who prefer to lie down and sleep. While some do not resist cuddling, others are not big fans of being held and cuddled.

What does your dog's behaviour mean?

Regardless of how a dog's ears, eyes, or mouth looks, you can learn a lot about dog body language by watching the head for clues. Head position can also be a sign that your dog is trying to understand you. Have you ever noticed that your dog will slightly tilt their head when you speak to him?

The dog wags his tail to show friendliness or happiness. If he wags rapidly while holding it down, he's showing submissiveness. If he slowly wags the tail while keeping it in the natural position, you should know that he is alert or wants to play.

Your dog's eyes do much of their talking. You can communicate back to them using the same language of eye contact.

Do you want to know when your dog says: I LOVE YOU?

  • He looks deep into your eyes.
  • He follows you everywhere.
  • He seems to like your smell.
  • The dog that yawns together, stays together!
  • More than anyone else, he knows when you're sad.
  • He is calm, sleeping next to you.
  • He raises his eyebrows when he sees you.
  • The famous tail wagging.
  • He has a habit of leaning his head and body on you.

And you also can Say I Love You, when:

  • Caress the inside of your puppy's ears.
  • Look straight into your furry friend's eyes.
  • Sleep with him.
  • Give food with your hands.

When you feel love for your pet, that's an excellent state of love that will bring goodness into your life.
